Russian Troika collector plate gold accents

This beautiful plate has a scene of a 3 horse Russian sled with people and a running dog printed on it. It has gold accents. It is 7 3/4'' across. There are no chips or cracks. All the writing on the back is in Russian except a 'Art object not for food use' line.
