Souvenir from a Long Beach CA attraction next to the Queen Mary from the 90's til 2015. It is a diesel-electric attack submarine of the Soviet Navy. Commissioned in 1971, it operated with the Russian Pacific Fleet until 1994. It was converted into a museum vessel, on display at the Australian National Maritime Museum from 1995 until 1998, then moved to Long Beach, California (under the name Podvodnaya Lodka B-427 Scorpion) in 1998. It was closed to the public 2015.
