Russell commercial sharpening steel very fine EUC

This is a butcher shop tool. The steel is 12" long with a 5" handle not including the lanyard. There are smaller ones that look like it, and there are many different grits. This one is very smooth for a fine smooth razor edge knife. Someone who is experienced with knives will only need one of these to make their knife like new sharp for a year or more, and only have to sharpen it once a year or even never.
