Vintage, Russ Berrie Co, ceramic grandpa photo frame. Decorated with a set of clowns and balloons, with the title Proud Grandpa. Unsure of age, but believe to be early 80s. No cracks or chips, but does have significant crazing. Also the plastic is missing from picture opening. Has a cardboard backing and stand. Approx measurements are 5 1/2" tall x 4" wide.
