Run & Fly Black/White Stripe Beetlejuice Cutoff Jeans

I got these black and white stripe Beetlejuice style jeans but they are too tight for me -- I'm 155 lbs, 5'1" and these are pretty tight on me. in usually a 13 in US juniors. I can button them but sitting down is not comfortable. Thr bottom has a cutoff frayed look so if you don't like that sort of punk look, they would need to be hemmed. They are UK size 34/16. About 37" from waist to end of cutoff at the foot.
