weebri @hidho828 Yes as a skirt (I’m between a 4-6 and it’s perfect). I can’t speak to bust size as a dress. I’m a 34A and it fits well.

weebri @annarose95 Photo of unstretched waist added (~13” across). I can gently stretch to 16-17” with it still feeling comfortable (approximate, no way to measure this). For reference, I wore this in my lower waist, 30-31”.
