Rugrats Keychain Spike Dog SEALED The bubble is SEALED on the card. The bubble is knocked in and starting to crack some. The card is damaged pretty bad though. It is wrinkled ALL OVER and the corners and edges are ALL FRAYING and dinged and damaged. The bubble is SEALED though and the toy on the inside is untouched and never been removed. The artwork on the card is still vibrant and nice, so this could be used for display or would be ideal to open.
