Ruffle-front romper

Cute teal and patterned romper from Urban Outfitters, kimchi blue. There is a ruffle on the front of the romper and a supplice in the front torso so it’s plunging. Worn once for two hours and shrunk but basically like new, fits like a 0 or a 2, NOT a 4. Let me know if you have any questions :)
