Ruffled lace blouse

Off-white lace blouse with high neck, and ruffled front(detachable). Buttons are imitation pearl and one is losing its paint, right next to a mark in the fabric. Would make a good piece for costuming. RD #2 tag says 9/10. Definitely for petit torso, neck measures 14 inches
