Ruffled collar black blazer

Cute and couture blazer has 2 buttons and a large, ruffled collar. There are 2 functional pockets in the front and the back is tailored to flair slightly. This is in good condition, no stains or holes. Would be great for work or layering w/jeans and a blouse :)
