Ruffled black and white strip 3/4 sleeve

Old Navy brand, about 3/4 length sleeve shirt with black and white stripes. Ruffle detail going down sides from shoulder about halfway down the shirt. Not worn, but without tags because I wanted to wear it. 🤪
