Ruffled Zippered Sateen Jacket Altered

INC International Concepts Jacket purchased from Macy's. The front has a silver zipper and ruffles which run along both sides. The jacket also has small shoulder pads. This jacket has been altered, because the sleeves were shortened. Please use the photos to help determine if it suits you. I'm open to reasonable offers.
