Ruffled Banded Dress

This cute, banded dress is super flattering and fun! Although a large, fits more like a medium or size 8/10, runs a tad big. Cute ruffles line the front and back neckline which adds a girly accent! The top is a plum color, and the second picture portrays that. Wore it for my sister's bridal shower once! Pair with chunky jewelry and heels to spice it up!
