Super cute black tiered ruffle dress. Both sleeves and waist are elasticized so it can fit up to a large. V neck style. Zipper in the back as well. Size says F but I say it fits up to a large because of the elastic. 3 Ruffles on the bottom of dress. Super pretty! Brand new and never worn. No fabric tag but feels nice and smooth. Maybe a poly blend. Approximate measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5” Pit to pit:19” Waist fits up to 20” (front measurement so 40” Waist) Sleeve length 14.5” Pit to bottom of dress: 38” Top to bottom of dress: 47.5”
