What is the length and hip measurements? Any pilling snags or flaws? Thanks

@wanda1120 Hello Wanda, the skirt is size 4-8. The waist is 26-30 inches and the hips are 35-39. The material is made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The material of the skirt is stretchy and very soft, but the only critique I have about this skirt is that it’s a little see through so you will have to wear a slip underneath. I hope this helps.
