Ruffle off the shoulder pink velour top

The crushed velvet or velour (?) is similar to a champagne strawberry and reflects light in a seriously angelic way. I wore it off the shoulders but I’ve also tried with the sleeves up around my shoulders; to each their own. This is a power top for sure :-)
