This wasn’t the same dress you thought you were buying, was it. I purchased from her thinking I was getting the picture posted and the dress I got was a bad, cheap imitation with no ruffles on the back. She’s being a real pain about issuing a refund even with an open case against her. I think it’s terrible to be so unethical.
