Ruffle neck turtle neck

This ruffle neck long sleeved turtle neck is in EUC only being worn once, and washed twice. The maroon color was perfect, but I just don’t wear it so it’s being rotated out of my wardrobe. Displayed on a size 18/20 dress form and has plenty of room to spare and stretch. Could easily fit a size larger.
