Ruffle linen mini dress size S

I believe I purchased this from Francesca’s Boutique. Worn once. Small discoloration spot on the front of the dress, not sure if it was a natural imperfection in the fabric or if it’s a stain, I have not tried to get it out. Color is a deep turquoise blue/green. I can’t find a fabric tag but it is a buttery soft linen cotton feel with a slight sheerness to it. It is lined so it’s not see-through. True to size. Feel free to ask questions!
