Ruffle layer tiered dress

Bought in Barcelona in the early 2000s. Made in France. Beautiful grey kahki cotton with green orange and blue stitching. Front has mirrors. The outside is starting to fray but can be re stitched. Elastic straps are loose and should be replaced with fresh elastic. Some fray on thread on hem but can be trimmed. Really great fun dress, flows as you walk
