Ruffle layer dress

Dressy but fun. Built in belted waist with bow detail and layered skirt. Zip up side so dress is form fitting and flattering. Quality material and manufacturing. Never worn as sadly my complexion can’t pull off the colors (swirls of black, browns and white).
