Ruffle crop top

Size M. Not quite white... a very light beige color perhaps. Never wore it because as you can see in the last photo the straps are too long for me and I dont know how to fix them. I am 5'1 1/2" 150 lbs and 32 &34 DD. If your body is similar it will be too tight as you can tell by the bottons on the 2nd photo.
