Ruffle bottom hoodie

This solid black hoodie has a deep v-cut neck that with a hook closure option to adjust the openness. The bottom has ruffles with raw edge hens, and the hood has a drawstring. This is by Cotton Bleu, which comes pre-shrunk so the way it fits now is how it should fit you forever! The material is a cotton/polyester blend and it measures about 24” from underarm to underarm and about 27” in length. C2
