Ruffle Wrist Cotton Blend V-neck Black Sweater XL NWT

Black ruffle sleeve v-neck sweater with fabric content of 55% cotton 25% rayon and 20% nylon. New with tags still attached, however, one small blemish was noted around bottom hem, as shown in pictures.
