Ruffle Wrap Style Dress by Rails

Striped black and gray dress with ruffle detail. Made to have the appearance of a wrap dress however the seam is sewn up the skirt where the ruffle is. Has a thin belt to tie around waist. The material has a light linen feel with thin lines of silver woven through. Zips up the back with an eye hook at top. Adjustable spaghetti straps. V-neck with ruffle coming down the right side and over down the left of the skirt. Dress made by Rails. Measurements: Size XS 14" empire seam width 9.5" length from where strap starts down over chest to empire seam 28" length from empire seam to hem
