Ruffle Neckline/sleeve Dress

This adorable orange sherbert color with blue swatches. The midlength dress has ruffle neckline, so it can be worn on/off shoulder. (pics of this don't do it justice ) elastic midshift is directly underneath bustline for full breast look. the stretch is unbelievable. I was a 13/14 and this dress is Sz SM. Chest-18in chest band 15in (can stretch to 20in) Length- Excellent condition
