Ruffle Hemmed Tshirt

Dark navy blue (looks black in the pictures) with ruffle/ruche detailing along edges and middle of the front. Sleeves fit on the outer tops of shoulders, very flattering! For reference: I’m a size S and this fit perfectly. So, it’s more of a XS/S size.
