Ruffle Front Coquette Cardigan

Vintage button down cardigan from 2014 with 3/4 length sleeves. It has a beautiful coquette ruffle front detail and fabric covered buttons. It’s a nice olive green color, but it’s not showing up well in pics! The ruffles look like a funny color in the pics too, but they match the cardigan really well in person!
