@cosmos04 it does not unfortunately,but I’m sure you could sew one on if need be. My kiddos head was too big for it when I bought it .

what does off-white color in the stripes mean? Stained?

@danikasue they are just not vibrant white. Think more of a light cream color as opposed to bleach white. They are not stained, I think just from swimming in ocean, pond water, pool water and we have well water the white has faded but it’s not bad. I haven’t tried iron out on them
