Rue21 off the shoulder ..brand new size 1x

Rue 21 off the shoulder shirt...brand new ,still in bag..i accidently ordered two..it is a size 1x but runs small...probley more like a size Large,or even medium,as it is tight fitting...very sexy ,but casual shirt.
