Rue21 XL Black and White Stripped Short Sleeve Shirt

This item is pre-owned and is in almost perfect condition. There are two flaws to this item. The first flaw is that the care and size tag turns up on its own. The second flaw is that the white seem to have some of the black and might be see through. Other than these two flaws this item is in perfect condition.
