Rue21 Ivory Dress. Sheer ivory dress with light reddish flowers. Flowers remind me of Asiatic Lillie's. Sheer overlay silky overlay with non sheer ivory underlayer. Dress ties around the neck. Dress has a small crocheted band under breast with small, very light reddish stones crocheted in. Also has small crocheted bands with same light reddish stones at the beginning of each neck tie.
