These cropped joggers by Rue21 hit right below your knee. The waist has a 2” wide elastic band with a faux drawstring. They are made of 100% navy cotton with a distressed “21” in a golden yellow down the left leg. The seams down each is also distressed. They come from a smoke and pet free home.
