Rue21 Black Batwing HiLo Sheer Lace Back Blouse

This slouchy black blouse is so comfy because it’s so flowy. The sleeves stretch far below the armpits for a batwing effect that keeps you from feeling confined. There is also a beautiful lacy back detail that I personally love for showing off my back tattoo!
