Rue Luju blouse size 2x

Very nice lightweight blouse that features red and navy blue. Sleeves have a bit of flare. No size tags or contents tags, but this is probably rayon. I have worn it as a 2x, but it may accommodate 3x. Bust is 26”, and length is 28”
