Rue 21 dress or tunic, long enough to be either, size medium, dark maroon. Bust measures 38", waist is 30" and it stretches, hips 50" full at the hips. Length is 32". Sleeves are 3/4 with bell at the end. Lovely and flattering! Very good condition. Lace at the top for decor.
