Rue 21 White Lace Accent Mini Dress XS

Rue 21 White lace accented mini dress. This dress has adorable lace accentuating the v necklein with a wide strip of lace at the waistline that is not lined. The rest of the dress is fully lined. This is a very light rayon with lining underneath. I pictured a tiny mark on the lower hem in front. Measures aboout an inch, I have not attempted to clean it, but shoukd easily come out with bleach as this is white. Measurements laying flat: 17 inches across the bust. Twelve inches across the waist Hip is open. Twenty nine inches long.
