Gorgeous rose pink shorts by Rue 21. These are basically new. I purchased, removed tags, and never wore. I have gained some weight and these no longer fit so to a new closet they must go! They are a size XS and approximate measurements taken with shorts laying flat can be seen in the photos as follows: Waist: 12.5 inches Rise: 13 inches Length: 13 inches to the bottom of the lace, 11 inches to bottom hem where the lace begins.
