Rue 21 "I'm Over It" top

This article of clothing is a color block top of pastel pink and dark grey. The words "i'm over it" are filled with pink roses. It isn't a short sleeve, but at the same time isn't a long sleeve either. It is a size medium, and has been worn a couple times. Although it's still in great condition.
