▫️Rue 21 Cold Shoulder Dress▫️

Rue 21 cold shoulder dress in a dusty rose and cream floral print. This dress has a chiffon outer layer and a spanx-like inside. It has It is very flowy and super comfortable. It does have 2 runs in the outer layer (#3) as well as it looks like a manufacturer stamp of “866” on the inside of one of the sleeves (#4) .
