Rue 21 Chelsea Ankle Boots

Stylish black ankle boots with a chunky heel. You can never go wrong with a Chelsea boot….unless you have a wide foot like myself. Which is why I suggest these for those with a more normal/narrow foot. There are scuffs on the soles, but that can be fixed with polish (which I am unfortunately out of).
