I have another pair that I wear more frequently. No stains. Waist is 12.5 - 12.75 inches, rise is 14 inches, and inseam is 23 inches, total length is 37 inches. I’m 5’4” and these hit right at the ankle, not too cropped on me but might be for taller people.
