Ruched Evening Dress

I love the ruching on this beautiful evening gown!From a distance it looks like chain and as you get up close you see this beautiful threading of gold and black detail. I am 5'10 and it's quite long so a taller woman wearing a heel or if you like a duster look would be fabulous. The sleeve length is also long... grabbing you just a little below the wrist which is so elegant. It's never been worn and the tags are still on!
