Ruby red Shoe coverings!

Kids ages 4+, but I would say even younger! These are shoe coverings, NOT shoes! Your child can wear their favorite sneaker, and hide them with these! Velcro’s around the top of their show to cover it, with a bow on the front & a strap across the foot. Never worn! Great for Dorothy!
