Ruby Rox Red Tiered Mini Dress Strapless Formal Cocktail Size 6

Red mini dress by Ruby Rox. This formal dress is strapless and has a tiered skirt below the waistband. The very bottom of the skirt has horizontal seams that carry the tiered look to the bottom. There is a centered back zipper closure and elastic across the back of the dress. It is pre-owned. The bottom of the zipper has become unstitched and pulled. There are a few subtle snags (see photos). Size 6. It is made of 55% polyester, 42% cotton, and 3% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, cool iron. Measurements, laying flat: 27" long, front top to front bottom hemline 15" wide, measuring across the very top front 13" wide, at the top of the waistband 18" wide, measuring 8" down from the top of the waistband
