Retro Ruby Rox Polka Dot Rockabilly Pinup Sailor Shirt Dress Super cute black with white polka dot sailor shirt dress, Red buttons (missing one) with anchors. Collar neckline and puff sleeves. Side zip. 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex. NO stretch. Size 18 GUC - this is missing a button, and I had previously sold this, but it was returned because they claim that the dress has been hemmed. I got the second hand, so I have no idea if that’s true but the total length is roughly 45 inches. They also claimed the zipper is not working, I posted a video to demonstrate that it is working.
