Ruby Road Favorites Semi-Sheer Button Up Jacket Floral Blue Ladies Size ??

**Beautiful..I mean like just lovely... Ruby Rd almost like a jean jacket if you will. Semi sheer...The tag in this garment is missing but was able to find the same item..so I snagged a pic of the other item so you can see the content of fabric. The last pic is of the only flaw I could find on garment. Right rear near collar..with the sheer leaf like area..it's barely noticeable..but wanted to make sure you saw this area.
