This Ruby Ribbon black top has a cold shoulder design. There is a black knit sleeveless shell with a black sheer material on top. The chiffon type sheer sleeves connect to the back for a pretty, flowing effect. The tags are missing but it looks to be a 2X. Total length is 30 inches, and measures 24 inches across at the armpits.
