qnsbekah Hi :) By chance do you know if it’s actually sliver? Some times the back will have numbers, letters or both. Also, the clasp could have something on it. I’m going to get this necklace, but I don’t want it to turn my neck green lol ;) thanks so much my phosh friend!

tiredteacher101 @qnsbekah no worries! I checked the back etchings and the clasp and the markings are very small. The number I see looks like it is something 25. Not sure if that’s 325, 825 or 925 though. I couldn’t read the first number. Full Disclosure, I was gifted this necklace second hand so I’m not sure what kind of metal it is. But my friend wore it a lot and it never turned her neck green as far as I know.

tiredteacher101 I also took some baking soda and water to it and it took off the slight blackish oxidation that was on it easily . So hopefully that helps you guess on what it might be. . No worries if you don’t want to take a gamble on it. But thank you for asking that, I never noticed the numbers on jewelry like that!
