Ruby Rd sz S fringed cover all

Its a beautiful cover all. Can be used over swim wear or lingerie. Im 5'3" and it falls midway of my bottom. It does not close or have a closure in the front. It is meant to just hang but still be able to cover yourself in the front. Its very lightweight and great accessory for summer!
